  The food here is so wonderful! A close friend just moved to Orinda and had taken me here as a place to eat before I go to the airport. I haven't had Vietnamese food this good since I was in high school. ( A good friend of mine was Vietnamese and when I was invited to eat over, I got to cook with her sisters in the kitchen and loved it!). The ingredients are so fresh and flavorful, and the staff were friendly.
  
  If the owner taught cooking classes I would totally sign up. It makes me sad not to live in San Francisco, I live in New York so I personally feel that's saying a lot. I have never run into Vietnamese food this good in New York. - So jealous!!!
  
  About the Decor - I rated it excellent, but from a mom and pop shop perspective. It's not glamorous. It's welcoming, homey, thoughtful (love that they have the chopsticks on the table) and the warmth just comes out via the service and the pride really shines through the food. Definitely a place to try :) I miss it already!!!
